This is a convenience translation of the Slovenian original, Pogoji za zaposlene. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovenian version prevails.

1. Who we are

The Termina platform, available at termina-booking.com and in the Termina app (the platform), is operated by:

Termina, računalniško programiranje, Neya Borysova s.p. Goriška ulica 4, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia Tax number: 16782062 Registration number: 7558252000 Email: info@termina-booking.com

(Termina or we)

These terms apply to the staff account: an account that a salon or another service provider (the salon) opens on the platform for a person who performs services at the salon. The Terms of Business apply to the salon, the Terms of Use for Customers to customers.

2. What the staff account is

The account is opened by the salon as employer or client of your work, with an invitation to your email address. With the account you:

On first sign-in and with every new version of these terms you confirm them before the calendar opens. The platform is not intended for persons under 16.

3. Whose client data it is

The salon is the controller of client data. Termina processes it on the salon's behalf as processor, under the data processing agreement the salon concludes with Termina.

The account gives you access only to what you need for your work: the client's name and phone number, the service and the time of the appointment. You do not see the client's email address, record card, questionnaire, photos or health data. When a client has a health note, you see only a neutral warning to check it with the salon before the service; what the salon tells you is confidential and stays between you.

4. Confidentiality

You use client data (names, phone numbers, notes, what the salon tells you about their health) only to perform the service and organise the appointment. You must not:

Confidentiality continues after your cooperation with the salon ends. A breach may be a breach of data protection law and of your obligations towards the salon. Actions in the calendar are logged (who cancelled an appointment or marked a no-show, and when), so that the salon and the client know what happened.

5. Rules of use

The rules in sections 11 and 13 of the Terms of Use for Customers apply to conduct on the platform: true information, no fake entries, no interference with the platform, no access to other people's data and no prohibited content (offensive, discriminatory, unlawful). In addition:

On breach the salon or Termina may restrict or disable access to the account; for a measure by Termina you receive a statement of reasons and can complain to info@termina-booking.com.

6. The account belongs to the working relationship

The account exists because of your work at the salon. The salon can disable it at any time, for example when the cooperation ends; the calendar then closes and the appointments remain in the salon's book.

You cannot delete the account yourself, because the salon's appointments are tied to it. You request deletion on your calendar page with the button "Request account deletion"; the request goes to the salon and to Termina, and we delete the account within 30 days at the latest. You can also request deletion from the salon or from Termina at info@termina-booking.com. After deletion the appointments remain in the salon's book without your name. You can export your data at any time in the app, on your calendar page.

7. Personal data

How Termina processes your personal data (name, sign-in email, working hours, assigned appointments, calendar actions and the record of your acceptance of these terms) is described in the Privacy Policy, section 2.2; your rights and the complaint to the Information Commissioner are there as well. The salon is the controller of the data it enters about you.

8. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date; at your next sign-in you confirm it before the calendar opens.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms we are available at info@termina-booking.com.
