Cancellation and Refund Terms
Effective from: 22 August 2026
Last changed: 22 August 2026
This is a convenience translation of the Slovenian original, Pogoji preklica in vračila. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovenian version prevails.
This document forms an integral part of the Terms of Business of the Termina platform (termina-booking.com), operated by Termina, računalniško programiranje, Neya Borysova s.p., Goriška ulica 4, 2000 Maribor.
1. In short
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, without notice and without giving a reason.
- After cancellation the subscription remains valid until the end of the paid period.
- Subscriptions already charged are not refunded, even if you do not use the service for the rest of the period.
- After the paid period expires, the subscription does not renew and there are no further charges.
2. Cancelling the subscription
You cancel the subscription yourself in your account, in the subscription management section. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect immediately.
You can also notify us of cancellation at info@termina-booking.com. In that case we carry it out within two working days at the latest and confirm the cancellation by email.
On cancellation you receive a confirmation stating the date until which the subscription remains valid.
3. What happens after cancellation
Until the end of the paid period you keep full access to the platform and all features of your plan. Your profile remains publicly visible and bookings proceed normally.
After the paid period expires:
- the subscription does not renew and there are no further charges;
- your profile is no longer publicly visible on the platform;
- you can no longer accept new bookings through the platform;
- you can still access your data and booking history for 12 months, after which we delete them in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You can reactivate the subscription at any time; data that has not yet been deleted remains preserved.
4. Refunds
A refund of a subscription already charged is not possible, including a proportional refund for the unused period. Instead of a refund, the subscription remains valid until the end of the period for which it was paid.
This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions alike.
4.1 Exceptions
We refund in full or proportionally in the following cases:
- Incorrect or duplicate charge — an amount charged in error is refunded in full.
- Extended platform outage — if the platform is unavailable due to a fault on our side for more than 72 consecutive hours, we refund the proportional part of the subscription for the time of unavailability.
- Platform shutdown — if we cease operating the platform, we refund the proportional part of the prepaid, unused subscription.
The refund is made by the same means as the payment, as a rule within 14 days of the claim being approved.
4.2 Refund claims
Send the claim to info@termina-booking.com stating your company name, the account email address and the reason. We reply within five working days.
5. Free trial period
If you are in a free trial period, there is no payment. You can cancel at any time before the trial expires and there will be no charge.
If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, the subscription automatically starts being charged at the current price list. We remind you by email before the trial is about to expire.
6. Termination on our side
If we terminate your account for a breach of the Terms of Business, a refund of the subscription already paid is not possible.
If we terminate your account for reasons not on your side, we refund the proportional part of the prepaid, unused subscription.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Termina platform is intended exclusively for registered business entities that take out the subscription in the course of their business. The provisions of consumer protection law on the 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract therefore do not apply.
8. Customer payments to providers
These terms govern exclusively the provider's subscription to the Termina platform.
Refunds, cancellations and complaints relating to services the provider performs for a customer are handled directly between the provider and the customer, under the terms the provider publishes on their profile. Termina does not intervene and is not a contracting party.
