This is a convenience translation of the Slovenian original, Piškotki. In case of any discrepancy, the Slovenian version prevails.
This page describes what the Termina platform (termina-booking.com and the Termina app) stores in your browser and why. The controller is Termina, računalniško programiranje, Neya Borysova s.p., Goriška ulica 4, 2000 Maribor, info@termina-booking.com.
1. Why there is no cookie banner
We use only cookies and entries that are strictly necessary for the service you explicitly requested — signing in, security and saving your settings on your device. For these, the law (the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act ZEKom-2 and Directive 2002/58/EC) does not require consent, so there is no banner.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, trackers or web beacons. No third party sets tracking cookies through our site.
2. Cookies we set

The cookies `tsid`, `termina_naprava`, `termina_sso`, `tsid_prej`, `tadm` and `tadmd` are HttpOnly (no script on the page can read them). No cookie contains personal data — only a random identifier or a chosen setting.
3. Storage on your device (localStorage)
A few settings are stored in the browser's localStorage. These entries stay on your device and are not sent to the server — the exception is a game result, which the app sends to your account once there is a connection again:

4. Third-party cookies
The only third party that may set its own cookies while you use the platform is Stripe, and only on the online payment page, for fraud prevention. These cookies are necessary for the secure execution of the payment you requested. The map loads only after your consent (`termina_zemljevid`); requests to Google go through our server.
5. Cookieless analytics
For measuring visits we use Umami, which sets no cookie, creates no visitor identifier and does not allow tracking an individual across visits or websites. The data collected is aggregated and anonymous (pages visited, country, device type). Pages opened from a personal link (questionnaire, appointment, invoice, gift card, password reset) do not load the tool at all; elsewhere it receives only the page path, without query string or fragment.
6. How to remove the entries
You can delete cookies and localStorage at any time in your browser settings (usually under "privacy" or "site data"). After deleting you will be signed out and settings will reset; the platform keeps working.
